Hanoi Noi Bai International Airport offers a wide range of services designed to ensure a comfortable and efficient passenger experience. Despite its size, the airport provides modern facilities across both Terminal 1 (domestic) and Terminal 2 (international), covering everything from rest areas to shopping, dining and business lounges.

Tip: Terminal 2 (international) offers more services and facilities than Terminal 1, so plan extra time if departing internationally.

Sleep Pods

Sleep pods are available in both terminals and are ideal for passengers with long layovers or early departures. These compact rooms provide privacy and comfort inside the airport.

Wi-Fi & Connectivity

Tip: Wi-Fi speed may vary during peak hours, so download important documents in advance.

Family & Kids Facilities

Both terminals feature dedicated children’s play areas equipped with swings, slides and mini playgrounds, providing entertainment for families travelling with kids.

Tip: These play areas are a great way to keep children relaxed before boarding.

Luggage Services

Luggage storage and lockers are available at Terminal 2, allowing passengers to store belongings securely.
